Lab director Dr Liat Levita hosted a symposium entitled “Adolescent Responses to Threat: A Neuroscientific Perspective” at ICPS 2019 in Paris on March 08, 2019. Dr Levita talked about fear learning and extinction during adolescence in the light of recent electrophysiological findings from our lab. Other speakers included Dr Alexandra Cohen (New York University), Dr Rachael Lickley (Royal Holloway University of London), and Dylan Gee (Yale University). We thank the speakers for their contributions and everyone who attended for their presence.

Mate Gyurkovics also presented a poster at the conference on March 9, entitled “Neural Correlates of Dynamic Adjustments of Cognitive Control in Adolescents and Adults” based on his work in young adolescents and adults using EEG.
